A fixed commission for every validated client more than doubled when that client takes both electricity and gas (dual client). A dual counts as two contracts towards your booster tiers, which raise the price of all your sales each month. No earnings cap.

Before you apply
Can I really log on whenever I want?
Yes: no schedule, no minimum hours. One tip to sell more: French prospects are easiest to reach between 9am and 8pm, Paris time — but the choice of slots is entirely yours.
How and when do I get paid?
On performance, per signed client: a fixed commission for each validated solo client — €40 in Europe, 450 DH in Morocco, 140 TND in Tunisia, 27,000 FCFA in Senegal — and more than double for a dual client (electricity + gas): €100 / 1,100 DH / 350 TND / 66,000 FCFA before boosters. A dual counts as two contracts towards your booster tiers. Monthly payout — via Wave or Orange Money in Senegal — with every client itemised in your dashboard.
Do I have to pay anything, or buy lead files?
No, never. Leads, CRM, script and training are all provided. No fee will ever be requested at any stage. If anyone asks you for money in horaa's name, it's a fake account: please report it to us.
Do I need telesales experience?
It helps, but it's not a requirement. The selection assesses your potential on the phone, not your résumé — and the training covers the French energy market, the script and the tools. Note that all calls are in French: a fluent level is required.
What is my status?
You work as an independent contractor and invoice your performance — invoicing is automated. We guide you through the registration steps applicable in your country during onboarding.
